One of the snowiest areas in Japan, it boasts abundant nature and four distinct beautiful seasons. With each season, one can enjoy unique sights including the cherry blossoms in Hirosaki during spring, the Nebuta Festival in summer, the autumn leaves at Oirase Gorge and the snow monsters (frost-covered trees) on the Hakkoda Mountain range.

1. 핫코다산 Mt. Hakkoda
겨울에만 볼 수 있는 자연이 만든 예술 작품인 수빙을 볼 수 있다. 수빙이란 거친 눈보라를 맞은 아오모리 분비나무에 눈과 얼음이 부착되어 생겨난 것으로 빽빽한 수빙이 석양을 받아 금빛으로 물든 광경이 매우 신비롭다.
The snow monsters on Mt. Hakkoda are a natural work of art in winter. At sunset, the golden-lit views of these trees covered in rime are truly unbelievable.

2. 이와키산 Mt. Iwaki
경관이 빼어나 ‘쓰가루 후지 ’라고도 불리는 산. 쓰가루 평야로 펼쳐지는 산자락과 산자락과 그 위를 하얗게 수놓은 눈이 고상하면서도 고상하면서도 장엄한 풍경을 자아낸다 . 겨울 스포츠의 스포츠의 명소이며 웅장한 경관 속에 스키를 즐길 수 있다 .
A famous mountain that is known for its beauty and is also otherwise known as the Mt. Fuji of the Tsugaru region. Covered in snow, it stretches out into the Tsugaru Plain, showcasing grand and divine views. Winter sports are popular here and skiers enjoy a beautiful panoramic view.

3. 쓰카루 평야 및 이와키 강 Tsugaru Plain and Iwaki River
아오모리 현 북서부에 펼쳐진 펼쳐진 동서 약 20km, 남북 약 60km 의 평야로 겨울이면 겨울이면 온통 은빛 세계가 펼쳐진다 . 시라카미 산지에서 시작된 이와키 강이 평야를 적시며 천천히 바다로 흘러간다 .
A plain in northwest Aomori which spans 20 kilometers north and south, and 60 kilometers east and west. In winter, it’s covered in snow as far as the eye can see. Iwaki River, which flows from the Shirakami Mountains, slowly runs through the plain into the Japan Sea.

4. 센조지키 Senjojiki
에도시대 후기 발생한 지진에 지진에 의해 융기한 판모양 암체가 끝없이 펼쳐지는 해안 . 대불암 , 투구바위 등 큰 바위가 많으며 많으며 JR 고노선을 타고 차창을 통해 드넓은 바다와 바다와 울퉁불퉁한 바위를 감상할 수 있다 .
A coast with a long bedrock which was created by an earthquake in the late Edo era. There are many large rocks such as Daibutsu-iwa and Kabuto-iwa, and you can view the big ocean and craggy rocks from inside the JR Gono Line train.

5. 이와키산 신사 Iwakiyama Shrine
아오모리의 명산인 이와키산을 이와키산을 신으로 모시는 신사로 약 1200 년 전 창건되었다 . 현재 남아있는 신전 대부분은 에도시대 초기에 지어진 것으로 사람들의 두터운 신앙에 힘입어 장엄한 모습을 보여준다 보여준다 .
A shrine built 1,200 years ago to enshrine a local deity. Most of the remaining sanctuaries were built in the early Edo era and its majestic appearance is maintained largely by the faith of people.

6. 히로사키 성 Hirosaki Castle
에도시대에 축성된 천수각이 도호쿠 지방에서 유일하게 지금도 남아있다 . 아름답게 눈 덮인 천수각과 노송이 은은한 등롱 불빛과 함께 어우러진 겨울 눈등롱 축제는 축제는 아오모리의 겨울을 대표한다고 할 수 있다 .
Hirosaki Castle’s castle tower was built in the Edo era and is the only remaining castle tower in Tohoku. The fantastic Toro Festival, where the snow-covered castle tower and old pine trees are lit by lanterns, is Aomori’s winter tradition.
